Following a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) James (J.D.) Davis, BCC (Board Certified Coach) founded ECube Leadership Services, LLC in 2018 to provide dynamic leadership development services that transform individuals, organizations, and communities. His military background instilled in him discipline, adaptability, and mission-driven leadership, which he now applies to the corporate world.
